The controller of personal data processed in connection with the use of this website is Solvenis Paulina Kłonowska-Osak, ul. E. Orzeszkowej 4A, 67-100 Nowa Sól, Poland, NIP (Tax ID): 9252084219 (hereinafter: the "Controller"). Contact regarding personal data protection: biuro@solvenis.pl.
Given the scale and nature of the business, the Controller is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer.
Contact form. When sending a message via the form on the Contact page, the following data is collected: full name, email address, and the content of the message. This data is processed to respond to the inquiry and to conduct further correspondence.
Direct contact. In the case of email or phone contact, data voluntarily provided during such correspondence is processed to conduct that correspondence and — if cooperation is established — to prepare an offer and conclude an agreement.
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to respond to the inquiry.
Data submitted via the contact form is processed directly on the Controller's hosting server and sent by email to biuro@solvenis.pl — without the involvement of external contact-form services.
Data may be shared with entities providing hosting, postal, accounting, legal or IT services to the Controller, to the extent necessary to conduct the business — solely on the basis of data processing agreements concluded with them. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Correspondence data is retained for as long as necessary to conduct it, and thereafter — if cooperation is not established — until any potential claims become time-barred. Data related to a concluded contract and accounting documentation is retained for the period required by tax law (generally 5 years, counted from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose).
Every person whose data is processed has the right to: access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to processing based on the Controller's legitimate interest. To the extent data is processed on the basis of consent, there is a right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
Everyone also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
The Controller does not make automated decisions regarding data, including decisions based on profiling.
The website does not use cookies for analytical or marketing purposes. Fonts and other graphic assets are hosted directly on the website's server — loading them does not involve transferring data (including IP addresses) to external providers such as Google.
The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy, in particular in connection with changes in law or the scope of services provided. The current version of this document is always available on this page.
