These terms set out the rules for providing electronic services via the website solvenis.pl, in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services.
The Service Provider is Solvenis Paulina Kłonowska-Osak, ul. E. Orzeszkowej 4A, 67-100 Nowa Sól, Poland, NIP: 9252084219, email: biuro@solvenis.pl (hereinafter: the "Service Provider").
The Service Recipient is any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the website solvenis.pl (hereinafter: the "Service Recipient").
Through the website, the Service Provider provides the following electronic services free of charge:
These services do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, but merely an invitation to begin business correspondence.
Using the website and the contact form requires: a device with internet access, a web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies to the extent necessary for the website to function, and an active email address.
The Service Recipient is prohibited from providing unlawful content, including content that violates the personal rights of third parties or applicable law.
The agreement for the provision of the contact form service is concluded at the moment the Service Recipient begins using the form (an actual act) and is terminated upon sending the message or when the Service Recipient stops using the website.
The Service Recipient may cancel use of the website at any time by leaving it — this involves no additional formalities or costs.
Complaints regarding the functioning of the website or the contact form may be submitted to biuro@solvenis.pl, describing the issue and providing contact details enabling a response.
Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt. A response is sent to the email address indicated in the complaint.
The rules for processing Service Recipients' personal data are described in a separate document — the Privacy Policy, available on the website.
In matters not regulated by these terms, the provisions of Polish law apply, including the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms, in particular in connection with changes in law or the scope of services provided. The current version of these terms is always available on this page.
