From a single technical opinion to ongoing, monthly cooperation — scope and duration set individually, without hiring in-house.
Technological and hydraulic calculations, mass and energy balances, CAPEX/OPEX analyses, variant analysis and concept.
Descriptive sections of reports and concepts, PFU/OPZ (functional-utility programs / scope-of-work descriptions), technological schematics and CAD drawings, operating instructions.
Verification of documentation and supplier offers, brief technical opinions and expert assessments.
Project information sheets (KIP), applications for environmental decisions and permits, tender documentation.
For those planning an investment
Not sure where to start your planned environmental investment? The Investment Compass is a preliminary analysis — without design work — that tells you what, in what order, and when to do it, to avoid costly mistakes resulting from the wrong sequence of actions. The starting point is tailored to your situation — regardless of what stage of planning you're at and what type of investment it concerns.
Scope tailored to the situation — for example:
A mistake in the sequence of actions (e.g. choosing a technology before knowing the actual waste stream) costs many times more than the preliminary analysis that prevents it.
Instead of guessing where to start, you know exactly what the first step is — and every step after that.
You know the required scope of documents and permits before you ask an authority or design office about it — making it easier to assess whether a response or offer actually adds up.
Before you engage a costly design office or contractor, you have an objective picture of the situation and the scope of necessary actions.
Lets you plan your budget for the upcoming investment and prepare properly to apply for potential funding.
Price depends on the size and complexity of the planned investment.
Annual pool of consultation hours for implementing the next steps from the Investment Compass.
Payment in two instalments — half at the start, half after six months.
Indicative pricing
Individual tasks within an ongoing design process — CAD drawings, technical descriptions, schedules, supporting analyses — billed hourly, without long-term commitments.
A quick written answer to a specific technical question, feasibility or compliance assessment, a preliminary screening of what permits or assessments will be needed for the planned investment.
Checking documentation or supplier offers for compliance with the PFU/OPZ and design/legal requirements — before submitting an offer, before accepting a delivery, or before approving documentation.
Technological calculations, e.g. mass balance of waste flow in a processing installation, water-wastewater balance for facilities (water demand, expected quantities of wastewater types, clean/dirty rainwater balance). Price depends on the type and scope of the calculations.
Description and comparison of 2–3 technological options, site requirements, preliminary calculations, initial recommendation.
The entire descriptive section of a report or concept — description of the existing state, description of the solution, list of equipment and power, preliminary CAPEX/OPEX. Does not include environmental calculations or specialized technological calculations — these are priced separately.
10 hours per month at a lower price than the sum of individual consultations, with priority response time for requests. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month; cancellation with one month's notice.
Net prices — indicative, typical ranges for a standard scope. The final price — always a fixed fee, known in advance — is determined after describing the task, before work begins.
How we work
Scope of cooperation tailored to your needs — from a single task, through on-demand support during periods of increased team workload, to ongoing, monthly presence within an hours package. No hiring in-house and no long-term commitments beyond the agreed scope.
Experience
Participation in design and technical advisory at various stages of the investment process for waste management and water-wastewater installations — in Poland and abroad. Experience confirmed by written references.
